Cyclo Clean Baffle Filter

Filtermac Design Cyclo Clean Baffle Filters are manufactured by rolling stainless steel to create a series of baffle plates which are welded into a sub-frame. The sub-frame is then wrapped with the outer frame. The baffle smooth surface enables deposited grease to run off via the drainage holes to collecting trays in the housing, minimizing grease build up.

Application
These filters are designed for use in Commercial Kitchens and Ventilation from food preparation areas where their primary function is to reduce flames from traveling from the cooking area up into the extract duct. FMD Baffle Filters are designed to remove grease particles from the exhaust hoods in a kitchen air stream.

Performance
The baffle filters reduce fire hazards with their unique design concept of non-grease loading and interlocking baffle walls which restrict the passage of flames into the duct work.
Resistant to which Temp: 200⁰C
