C10 Media
C10 media (5-6mm thick) is needle punched resin bonded nonwoven. It has a progressive density structure to ensure depth filtration properties and to resist downstream dust shedding. The web comprises of 100% Polyester fibre which is bonded by a self-crosslinking resin that ensures good washability.
C10 Media is a primary filter media with low initial differential pressure drop and is used primarily as a filter for window unit air conditioners.
U35 Media
U35 media (15-18mm thick) is needle punched resin bonded nonwoven. The needle punching creates a progressive density within the product which results in good depth filtration properties, plus resistance to downstream dust shedding. The web is 100% Polyester and the bonding resin is a hard self-crosslinking resin. The combination of these materials results in a product with good resilience and washability.
U35 is used as a medium arrestance primary filter media, either in pleated panel form or in cut pads for air in-take units in switchgear rooms, building ventilation and general air conditioning.
Paint Arrestor Media
Progressively structured glass fibre filter media especially designed for the filtration of solvent paint-and-lacquer-particles. Used for the filtration of solvent based paint-and-lacquer-particles in spray booths of the surface treatment. Also applied for the protection of humidifiers and fans and prefiltration of compressors.
Ceiling Media (F5)
Ceiling media (600gram/m²) is specifically designed to be used in down-draft paint spray booths. It ensures a uniform air distribution and an all-around laminar flow throughout the spray booth when applied in auto assembly plants and auto refinishing facilities as well as in the repair aftermarkets. The progressive density of the media prevents dust particles larger than 10 microns.
